Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesit, ai u deklarua i pafajsh\u00ebm ndaj akuzave.<\/p>\n<p>Aktakuza p\u00ebrfshin krime lufte dhe krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces tha se gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs 1998\u20131999 jan\u00eb kryer vrasje, p\u00ebrndjekje, burgosje\/ndalim, tortur\u00eb dhe vepra t\u00eb tjera ndaj personave t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, nga fillimi i gjykimit deri te mbyllja e procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb provave kan\u00eb kaluar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy vjet e gjysm\u00eb. Prokuroria e mbylli paraqitjen e saj m\u00eb 15 prill 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Gjasht\u00eb akuza p\u00ebr krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit \u2013 P\u00ebrndjekje, burgosje, akte t\u00eb tjera \u00e7njer\u00ebzore, tortur\u00eb, vrasje e paligjshme, zhdukje me forc\u00eb e personave.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u00ebr akuza p\u00ebr krime lufte \u2013 arrestim dhe ndalim i paligjsh\u00ebm ose arbitrar, trajtim mizor, tortur\u00eb, vrasje e paligjshme.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykata Speciale ka konstatuar sot, m\u00eb 16 shtator 2026 se nuk ka pasur krime lufte pas 20 qershorit 1999.
