Tiran\u00eb<\/strong> \u2013Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm I Partise se Lirise, Tedi Blushi<\/strong>, ka ashp\u00ebrsuar akuzat ndaj qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e funksionimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore KAYO<\/strong>, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si nj\u00eb \u201cmekaniz\u00ebm t\u00eb strukturuar mafioz\u201d dhe si nj\u00eb \u201cpu\u00e7 kushtetues\u201d ndaj kontrollit mbi paran\u00eb publike.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e tij, Blushi pretendon se modeli i ndjekur p\u00ebrmes KAYO-s ka krijuar nj\u00eb skem\u00eb ku shteti vijon t\u00eb financoj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa kompanit\u00eb me shumic\u00eb private administrojn\u00eb fondet dhe, sipas tij, shmangin mekanizmat tradicional\u00eb t\u00eb prokurimit dhe kontrollit publik.<\/p>\n

KAYO \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebri me 100% kapital shtet\u00ebror<\/strong>, n\u00ebn var\u00ebsin\u00eb e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes, e krijuar p\u00ebr prodhimin dhe furnizimin e shtetit me mjete ushtarake, dron\u00eb, arm\u00eb, municione, veshje dhe pajisje strategjike.<\/p>\n

Sipas Blushit, m\u00eb pas jan\u00eb krijuar kat\u00ebr kompani t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta me sektorin privat: Timak Defence, Advanced Arms Technology, MKD dhe Guna Tactical<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ai ngre si pik\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs faktin se n\u00eb tre prej k\u00ebtyre shoq\u00ebrive KAYO zot\u00ebron 20% t\u00eb aksioneve, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej tyre 49%, duke mbetur n\u00eb pakic\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas Blushit, ky konfigurim aksionar krijon nj\u00eb problem serioz p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si kontrollohen fondet publike.<\/p>\n

Blushi pretendon se, duke qen\u00eb se kompanit\u00eb kan\u00eb shumic\u00eb private, ato nuk i n\u00ebnshtrohen t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit regjim t\u00eb prokurimit publik dhe kontrollit financiar q\u00eb do t\u00eb zbatohej n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku shteti zot\u00ebron shumic\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Sipas tij, m\u00eb 17 qershor 2025, 49% e aksioneve t\u00eb Timak jan\u00eb shitur p\u00ebr 490 euro shtetasit izraelit Ron Yeffet<\/strong>, nd\u00ebrsa disa jav\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar Timak Defence, ku KAYO zot\u00ebron 20%.<\/p>\n

Blushi pretendon se kompania ka p\u00ebrfituar rreth 26 milion\u00eb euro nga Buxheti i Shtetit deri n\u00eb qershor 2026<\/strong>, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb deklarat\u00ebs e \u00e7on shum\u00ebn e pretenduar n\u00eb rreth 30 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n
