\u2018K\u00ebto jan\u00eb sisteme t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb shpikura p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur jasht\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb financimet publike, q\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb asnj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebhet.\u2019 K\u00ebshtu e ka cil\u00ebsuar deputeti i Partis\u00eb Demokratike, Eno Bozdo, modelin e kompanive publike dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb tyre me privat\u00ebt, duke denoncuar nj\u00eb skem\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas tij, po i dor\u00ebzon privatit t\u00eb drejtat monopolistike t\u00eb shtetit dhe po mbyll \u00e7do der\u00eb t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs.<\/em><\/p>\n

Bozdo ka k\u00ebrkuar publikisht moratorium p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb publike dhe gar\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr \u00e7do ortak privat, duke argumentuar se nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb kontroll real mbi fondet publike kur kompanit\u00eb krijohen me kapital shtet\u00ebror, marrin ekskluzivitete dhe m\u00eb pas kalojn\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll privat pa gar\u00eb dhe pa transparenc\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sipas deputetit demokrat, modeli i KAYO-s \u00ebsht\u00eb shembulli m\u00eb flagrant i k\u00ebsaj skeme. Ai e ka p\u00ebrshkruar KAYO-n si nj\u00eb \u2018guask\u00eb ligjore\u2019, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar si furnizuese e vetme dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga prokurimi konkurrues, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas ka krijuar kompani me ortak\u00eb privat\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb klim\u00eb, ku opozita akuzon qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb institucioneve dhe mekanizmave shtet\u00ebror\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb favorizuar interesa t\u00eb caktuara private dhe politike, Partia Demokratike ngre shqet\u00ebsimin edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr front: goditjen e kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve politik\u00eb p\u00ebrpara zgjedhjeve lokale t\u00eb vitit 2027.<\/em><\/p>\n
