Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e Bashkimit Evropian, Anita Hipper, tha m\u00eb 11 gusht n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media se \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e hapura nd\u00ebrmjet dy pal\u00ebve mund t\u00eb zgjidhen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes dialogut.<\/p>\n

\u201cGjithashtu rikujtojm\u00eb se p\u00ebrparimi n\u00eb dialogun nd\u00ebrmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt t\u00eb avancojn\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tyre evropiane\u201d, tha Hipper.<\/p>\n

Presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, deklaroi m\u00eb 9 gusht se autoritetet serbe po shqyrtojn\u00eb me ekspert\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e ndryshimit t\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb Ibrit, duke e lidhur k\u00ebt\u00eb me rr\u00ebnimin e sht\u00ebpive dhe vilave t\u00eb serb\u00ebve pran\u00eb Liqenit t\u00eb Ujmanit, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Deklarata e tij nxiti reagime t\u00eb ashpra nga zyrtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe u pasua edhe nga nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje publike nd\u00ebrmjet zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Lumi Ib\u00ebr, rreth 270 kilometra i gjat\u00eb, buron n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr Serbi dhe m\u00eb pas hyn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku furnizon liqenin artificial t\u00eb Ujmanit.<\/p>\n

Rreth dy t\u00eb tretat e k\u00ebtij liqeni ndodhen n\u00eb territorin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uji nga sistemi i Ujmanit dhe Ib\u00ebr-Lepencit furnizon shtat\u00eb komuna, p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr ujitje dhe p\u00ebr ftohjen e termocentraleve n\u00eb Obiliq, t\u00eb cilat prodhojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ekspert\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb folur m\u00eb her\u00ebt p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se devijimi i rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb Ibrit \u00ebsht\u00eb teknikisht i mundsh\u00ebm, por do t\u00eb ishte jasht\u00ebzakonisht i kushtuesh\u00ebm dhe, n\u00ebse do t\u2019i shkaktonte d\u00ebme Kosov\u00ebs, do t\u00eb binte ndesh me parimet e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr uj\u00ebrat nd\u00ebrkufitare.<\/p>\n

Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruese e Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb vitit 1997 p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e rrjedhave ujore nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrve\u00e7 lundrimit.<\/p>\n

Kjo konvent\u00eb p\u00ebrcakton, mes t\u00eb tjerash, parimin e shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave nd\u00ebrkufitare, si dhe detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u shkaktuar d\u00ebme t\u00eb konsiderueshme shteteve t\u00eb tjera. Kosova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pal\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konvent\u00eb, pasi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtare e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara.\/REL<\/p>\n
