Deputetja e Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe kryetarja e Komisionit p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet Europiane, Jorida Tabaku, ka reaguar pas arrestimit n\u00eb Franc\u00eb t\u00eb Ermal Beqirajt, i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb hetimeve t\u00eb SPAK p\u00ebr dosjen e AKSHI-t.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb reagimin e saj, Tabaku deklaron se arrestimi i Beqirajt nuk u krye nga autoritetet shqiptare, por nga ato franceze, nd\u00ebrsa e cil\u00ebson k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim t\u00eb institucioneve shqiptare.<\/p>\n

\u201cNj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr d\u00ebshtim i nj\u00eb shteti q\u00eb dhunon qytetar\u00ebt kur protestojn\u00eb, por mbyll syt\u00eb p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb shum\u00ebk\u00ebrkuarve q\u00eb abuzojn\u00eb me parat\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d, shkruan Tabaku.<\/p>\n

Deputetja demokrate e lidh arrestimin e Beqirajt me hetimet p\u00ebr dosjen e AKSHI-t dhe pretendon se \u00e7\u00ebshtja duhet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb p\u00ebrtej personave t\u00eb arrestuar apo t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj, hetimet duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb edhe personat q\u00eb ajo i cil\u00ebson si \u201cideator\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cmiratues\u201d, si dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur rol n\u00eb autorizimin e buxheteve dhe pagesave.<\/p>\n

Tabaku pretendon se dosja e AKSHI-t ngre dyshime p\u00ebr tender\u00eb t\u00eb paracaktuar dhe presion ndaj kompanive konkurruese, duke argumentuar se fondet publike jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn kontrollin e nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb kufizuar personash.<\/p>\n

\u201cErmal Beqiri, Ergys Agasi dhe personat e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb trajtohen si raste t\u00eb izoluara. Nuk mjafton ndalimi i zbatuesve. Duhet t\u00eb hetohen ideator\u00ebt, miratuesit dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb autorizuar buxhetet dhe pagesat\u201d, shprehet ajo.<\/p>\n

Deputetja e opozit\u00ebs e konsideron k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb si nj\u00eb problem q\u00eb, sipas saj, ka d\u00ebmtuar konkurrenc\u00ebn dhe biznesin e ndersh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia politike shkon deri n\u00eb maj\u00eb. Arkitekti i k\u00ebtij sistemi \u00ebsht\u00eb Edi Rama dhe largimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb hapi i par\u00eb drejt \u00e7montimit t\u00eb tij\u201d, shkruan Tabaku.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, hetimet p\u00ebr dosjen e AKSHI-t vijojn\u00eb nga SPAK, nd\u00ebrsa Ermal Beqiraj ndodhet n\u00eb Franc\u00eb n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb procedurave gjyq\u00ebsore q\u00eb lidhen me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr ekstradimin e tij drejt Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.
