N\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj skeme kriminale kan\u00eb qen\u00eb Marsel Lami, miku i tij Fisnik Nezaj dhe nj\u00eb 29-vje\u00e7ar i quajtur Xhoel Mekolli nga fshati Vranisht i Devollit.<\/p>\n

Mekolli, nj\u00eb amator n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb kriminale q\u00eb aktivitetin e pis\u00ebt t\u00eb mashtrimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, e ka nisur si telefonist me 356 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra tek kompania \u201cGama Network\u201d e Fisnik Nezaj, shkoi shum\u00eb lart.<\/p>\n

\u201cGama Network\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani e regjistruar n\u00eb 14 Tetor 2020 nga Fisnik Nezaj dhe m\u00eb 22 Prill 2022, kjo kompani papritur pezullon aktivitetin tregtar.<\/p>\n

Skemat mashtruese q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn kund\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve austriak\u00eb dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, soll\u00ebn t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb mjaftueshme duke \u00e7uar n\u00eb investimin e k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb ardhura n\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb ndryshe dhe udh\u00ebtime luksoze.<\/p>\n

Kjo kompani \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur me nj\u00eb kapital fillestar prej 2 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra, nd\u00ebrsa objekti i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026qend\u00ebr sportive dhe wellness q\u00eb ofron sh\u00ebrbime n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgatitjes fizike, estetik\u00ebs dhe mir\u00ebqenies p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha moshat, p\u00ebrmes programeve si pilates, aerobik\u00eb dhe fitnes\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n

Tashm\u00eb kjo kompani po monitorohet nga prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs dhe Tatimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar q\u00ebllimin e hapjes s\u00eb saj dhe aktivitetin tregtar q\u00eb ka pasur me l\u00ebshimin e faturave tatimore, pasi ka t\u00eb dh\u00ebna se Xhoel Mekolli, ka sh\u00ebrbyer si \u201ctrampolin\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr transferim t\u00eb shumave financiare.<\/p>\n

Nga ana tjet\u00ebr pas pezullimin t\u00eb aktivitetit t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb \u201cGama Network\u201d, pas 4 muaj rezulton t\u00eb ket\u00eb lindur nj\u00eb kompani tjet\u00ebr e re n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Fisnik Nezaj.<\/p>\n

\u201cIota Network\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani e themeluar n\u00eb 16 Gusht 2022 nga Fisnik Nezaj dhe m\u00eb pas ky i fundit n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 26 Korrik 2024, ja ka shitur kompanin\u00eb Call-Cent\u00ebr, shtetasit Marsel Lami.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat manovra juridike Fisnik Nezaj dhe Marsel Lami, kan\u00eb kryer dhe me dy kompanit\u00eb e tjera, si \u201cVictory Communication\u201d dhe \u201cEspiron Studio\u201d, ku fillimisht k\u00ebto kompani ashtu si firma \u201cIota Network\u201d, jan\u00eb rregjistruar n\u00eb QKB nga Fisnik Nezaj dhe m\u00eb pas jan\u00eb shitur kundrejt 10 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra tek Marsel Lami dhe m\u00eb tej ky i fundit pasi i ka shfryt\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime kriminale i ka pezulluar aktivitetin tregtar.<\/p>\n

Veprimet pezulluese t\u00eb kompanive kan\u00eb ndodhur mes per muajit Dhjetor 2025, Janar 2026 dhe Mars 2026, duke \u00e7uar n\u00eb dyshime t\u00eb arsyeshme se Marsel Lami dhe ortaku tjet\u00ebr i tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skem\u00eb mashtrimi, Fisnik Nezaj, ishin v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb hetimeve q\u00eb po kryenin autoritet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Austriake dhe prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 m\u00ebson gazetari Elton Qyno, kompania \u201cVictory Communication\u201d ka hapur aktivitetin tregtar n\u00eb 26 shtator 2022 dhe n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 6 Mars 2026, ka pezullluar aktivitetin. Mbyllja e tregtis\u00eb kriminale \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb jav\u00eb, pasi prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs dhe Policia e Shtetit, finalizuan operacion p\u00ebr goditjen e personave q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb mashtrimet me \u201cCall-Centerat\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa \u201cEspiron Studio\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur n\u00eb 19 Tetor 2022 dhe aktiviteti i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb pezulluar n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 27 janar 2026. Nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh e nj\u00ebjta l\u00ebvizje ka ndodhur me \u201cIota Network\u201d, e cila rezulton t\u00eb jet\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb 24 Gusht 2022 dhe m\u00eb pas aktiviteti i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb pezulluar n\u00eb 16 janar 2026.<\/p>\n

Edhe kompania \u201cZeta Studio\u201d e hapur n\u00eb 28 Maj 2024 nga Marsel Lami rezulton t\u00eb ket\u00eb kryer aktivitet kriminal me mashtrimin e Call-Centerave, por m\u00eb pas n\u00eb muajin dhjetor 2025, ajo ka pezulluar aktivitetin, duke dal\u00eb nga qarkullimi.<\/p>\n

Por lista e aktivitetit kriminal vijon dhe me Tedi Agastr\u00ebn, i cili p\u00ebrmes personit fizik q\u00eb hapi n\u00eb 24 Prill 2023, ka kryer mashtrimin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian p\u00ebrmes skemave t\u00eb \u201cCall-Cent\u00ebrave\u201d.<\/p>\n

Tedi Agastra nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb goditet nga prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs, pasi n\u00eb muajin n\u00ebntor 2024 ai \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb operacioni policor s\u00eb bashku me 12 persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

I arrestuari tjet\u00ebr, Eduard Daka, rezulton t\u00eb ket\u00eb kompanit\u00eb \u201cTirana Archives\u201d t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb Mars 2021 dhe \u201cSonet\u201d t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb muajin Maj 2023. Rezulton se \u201cTirana Archives\u201d ka pezulluar kompanin\u00eb n\u00eb 4 Mars 2025.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr Eduart Dalla, Mateo Hoxha, Tedi Agastra, Ledio To\u00e7i dhe Xhoel Mekollin, prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs ka k\u00ebrkuar mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb burg\u201d. Kurse Marsel Lami, Xhoi Hitaj vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim pasi \u201cArrest me burg\u201d ndaj tyre nuk jan\u00eb ekzekutuar nga policia kriminale.<\/p>\n
